O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the programs such as Adal Padal Programme on 04.05.2018 at night 08.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in Arulmigu Sri Muthalamman Thirukkovil is situated at G.Thumalapatti, Batlagundu Via, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 20.04.2018.

2.Heard Mr.C.Bethanasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
