Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner by measure and demarcate the lands in Survey Nos.468/7, 468/8and 468/15 which situate at Vangamanoothu village, Vadamadurai Sub Division, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.02.2019.

ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner by measure and demarcate the lands in Survey Nos.468/7, 468/8 and 468/15 which situate at Vangamanoothu village, Vadamadurai Sub Division, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2019. 2.Heard Ms.M.Benazir Begum, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The petitioner, in order to get patta after measurement of the land claimed to have been belongs to the petitioner in Survey Nos.468/7, 468/8and 468/15 which situate at Vangamanoothu village, Vadamadurai Sub Division, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, made a request to the 1st respondent on 28.02.2019 and since the same has not so far been acted upon, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.I have heard the learned learned Government Advocate
appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the request of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents, especially, the 1st respondent and final orders to be passed after taking necessary steps as requested in the representation, within a time frame.
6.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, with the following direction: The respondents, especially, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2019 by taking steps to measure the land and pass final orders thereon, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
