ORDER

This writ petition is filed, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to survey the petitioner's property measuring an extent of 3229 sq. ft. in New S.No.300/7B, UDR Survey No.300/7, Mangottai Village, Alangudi, Pudukkottai and issue FMB sketch.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that survey has already been conducted on 01.06.2020 during the pendency of this Writ Petition.
