O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 05.05.2018 at 07.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., in the festival of Arulmigu Sri Karuppaswamy Thirukovil at Karuppaswamy Kovil Street, Mailadumparai Post, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District. 2.Heard Mr.V.Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the Adal padal Dance programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
