For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.16 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 120(b), 294(b),420, 467,468, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.16 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's father executed a general power of attorney in favour of the first petitioner and subsequently, died on 07.01.2009. Suppressing the demise of the Principal, the petitioners and other accused colluded with each other and executed documents among themselves. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.5059 of 2022 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the earlier petition filed by the petitioners, seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed considering the nature of offence and the manner in which the offence has been committed. This is the second application.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that as on date, there is no change in circumstances.

6.Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances, after the dismissal of earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 27/04/2022 / TRUE COPY / 20/05/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
