This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register F.I.R based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.12.2014 to conduct the fair and proper investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.63 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
