ORDER

The petitioner is a victim in Crime No.7 of 2018 registered on the file of the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 and 506(1) IPC.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the first accused in this case has passed away in an accident, citing the same, the other accused are trying to escape. The third respondent is directed to file final report within a period of two months. The first respondent shall vet the final report filed before the jurisdictional Court. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
