(a) BNS and Section 66E and 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 @ into Sections 75(2), 49, 61(2) BNS and Sections 66E, 67, 67(A) of Information Technology Act, 2008 , in Crime No.3 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused installed a hidden camera in the toilet and captured the same. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court and he is in judicial custody from 06.02.2026. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that A1 is a friend of A2 and A1 has installed hidden camera in the toilet and the recording was sent to the petitioners and that there is a proposal for 2/4

detention against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and also considering the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
