O R D E R

During the course of hearing, Mr.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader has placed a copy of the proceedings dated 21.3.2025, issued by the fifth respondent herein i.e., District Educational Officer (Elementary), Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District, wherein, it is stated that on 30.04.2024 & 01.05.2025, due to the retirement of Secondary Grade Teachers in 2/4

the Panchayat Union Middle Schools, the Secondary Grade Teacher posts to be vacant. Therefore, the petitioner will be posted in the parent unit, in view of the vacancy arising out of the retirement of teachers on 30.04.2025 & 01.05.2025. A copy of the said proceedings placed before this Court, is placed on record.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that if the petitioner is accommodated in the ensuing vacancy in the parent unit, they have no further grievance.

3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
