This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to accord permission to the cultural program (Adal Padal) to be conducted at the Arulmighu Vinayagar and other small Parivara Deivangal Temple festival at Saradamangalam, Malvai Post, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District on 24.05.2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2018 and 25.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.C.Deepak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adal Padal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.
