This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent police to register a case and to investigate the case pursuant to the order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, in Crl.M.P.No.6317 of 2017, dated 11.07.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.367 of 2017 for

the offences under Sections 341, 506(ii) I.P.C., and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
