This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in S.C.No.61 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Pudukottai as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that in this case, the trial has been commenced and P.Ws.1 to 16 were examined as prosecution witnesses and the next hearing is on 09.10.2018.

3.Recording the same, since P.Ws.1 to 16 were examined as prosecution witnesses, the prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners cannot be granted now. 4.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
