ORDER

Seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner in the guise of enquiry except the due process of law, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, even without issuing any summons to the petitioner, the petitioner has been continuously harassed by the respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter, against whom a murder case has been registered.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. This Court does not normally interfere in matters relating to history sheeters. Since the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter, who is involved in a notorious murder case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
