ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The stand of the respondent is that unless the bushes that have grown in the petition-mentioned land are cleared, the respondent will not be able to conduct survey.
3. The stand of the respondent is justified. The petitioner will have to clear the bushes and show it as vacant land. Only thereafter, the petitioner may approach the respondent once again.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent states that thereafter as expeditiously as possible, the survey will be carried out.
5.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
