This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.148 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent. 2.The case has been registered in Crime No.148 of 2013 for the offence under Section 304(A) IPC. Unfortunately, the vehicle hit the deceased and ran away.

respondents would submit that till today the vehicle has not been detected, which caused accident.

4.Under these circumstances, a direction sought for in this petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.148 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

5.Considering the nature of the case and considering the year of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant any direction as sought for by the petitioner.
