This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni to recall the Non Bailable warrant on the same day of the appearance of the accused.

2. It is represented that as Advocates are not attending Courts, pursuant to boycott, the accused herein directly filed an application for recalling the warrant and that was not entertained by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni.

3. Under such circumstances, learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni is directed to entertain the application filed for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same day of surrender.
