ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for Public Information Commission. Issuance of notice to the other respondents is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner wanted certain information from the 4th respondent. Since it was not forthcoming, he moved the appellate authority. The grievance of the petitioner is that direction given by the appellate authority has not been complied with by the fourth respondent. It is seen that the petitioner has already moved the Information Commission. The Information Commission is directed to number the second appeal filed by the petitioner and give a disposal as expeditiously as possible. This direction is of-course subject to the work load on the file of the commission.
