This Criminal Original petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.80 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.10 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge for Land Grabbing, Madurai. 4. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the Charge Sheet, if he chooses. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
