DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.GUHAN, Advocate for MR.M.SARAVANA KUMAR, Advocate for the Appeallant and of MR.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the the judgment and decree of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, dated 15.11.2019 made in Appeal Suit No.63 of 2016, confirming the judgment and decree of the court of the Additional District Munsif, Srivilliputhur made in Original Suit No. 159 of 2009, dated 13.02.2015 be and hereby are confirmed and this second appeal is dismissed; and
