ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 05.03.2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 417, 420, 468, 471, 472, 467 and 120(B) I.P.C and hence seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he involved in fabrication of forged birth and death certificates and he was also found in possession of the certificates.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a retired employee of Southern Railway and he is a senior citizen aged 62 years and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the entire case is based on documentary evidence and further the custody of the petitioner is not necessary.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that major part of the investigation is over and the 2nd accused is also secured and remanded to judicial custody.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.VI, Trichy, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 30/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
