ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.The petitioner is said to be running a grocery shop. According to him, he was having transaction with the third respondent. According to the third respondent, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.12,00,000/-. The petitioner, however, denies the said figure. According to the petitioner, based on the pocket diary entry maintained by the third respondent, the second respondent herein coerced the petitioner to agree to the figure quoted by the third respondent.

3.According to the petitioner's counsel, the transaction is purely civil in nature.

4.If the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioner, the second respondent shall issue summons in writing to the petitioner. If the second respondent registers any FIR against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4321 of 2020 petitioner, the petitioner will be duly intimated, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
