... Contemnor/Respondent No.1 PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act 1971, to punish the respondent herein for the his willful and wanton disobedience of the order, dated 04.02.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.1886 of 2021. Prayer in WP(MD). 1886/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1960/E3/2020 dt 17.12.2020 on the file of respondent No.1 and consequential impugned order in Me.Ku.Na. Ka.No.83/8/Aa/2020 dt 21.12.2020 on the file of respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent no.1 to retain the petitioner within the Theni Jurisdiction within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, that the order of the writ Court has been complied with by the respondents, on 17.03.2021, the contempt stands closed, since the disobedience alleged is not wilful. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the compliance of the order of the writ court, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
