This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.5.2016 and investigate the same and pass final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the complaint dated 25.05.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.224 of 2016 dated 26.06.2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further

adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
