O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.05.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2017, a case has already been registered in Crime No.522 of 2017, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(2) IPC on the file of the respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
