ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petition dated 06.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner to the respondent within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3.By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The petitioner, in order to get patta of his land in Survey No.163/2 situate at Sirumaruthur group, Sirumaruthur village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District, made a request to the respondent on 06.06.2019 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants that, if the said representation is considered by the respondent and an order to that effect is passed at the earliest, the petitioner would be satisfied.
5.I have heard the learned learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the said request of the petitioner dated 06.06.2019 will be considered by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent and an order to that effect would be passed within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
6.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, with the following direction: The respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2019 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
