This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Thirunelveli, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners, who are the respondents 2 to 4 in the proceedings in DVOP.No.1 of 2017.
2. The petitioners state that they are the in-laws of the respondent and that there is no serious allegations made against them in the complaint, which is taken on file in DVOP.No.1 of 2017, under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.
3. Having regard to the relief that was prayed for by the petitioners herein, who are the respondents 2 to 4 in DVOP.No. 1 of 2017 and the facts disclosed in the complaint, this Court find some justification for the petitioners to approach this Court. Hence, the above Original Petition is allowed and the personal appearance of the petitioners viz., respondents 2 to 4 in DVOP.No. 1 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Thirunelveli is dispensed with subject to the condition that they https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
shall appear before the concerned Court, if their presence is required by an order of Court.
