The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that a complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered in Current Paper No.07/INS/DCB/SVG/2021 and the same was closed, after conducting enquiry.
