This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.1 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.Heard both sides.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.137 of 2016 and subsequently, the case has been ended in acquittal.
