RESPONDENT/RESPONDENTS Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.10819/2016:- This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil to dispose the C.C.No.271 of 2013 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

Order:- This Petition is coming on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit and perused the documents placed on record filed in support thereof and the letter received from the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, in D.No.3059/2017 dated 19.12.2017 and hearing upon the arguments of Mr.M.R.Sreenivasan, Advocate for the Petitioners, and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, and this Court made the following Order:- "By letter, dated 19.12.2017 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial ), the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, has requested further three months to dispose of the C.C.No.271 of 2013. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the connected Crl.OP(MD)Nos.9664 of 2017 and 15033 of 2017 have been filed by the accused and the same is pending before this Court. In the above said petitions, no interim order was granted.

3.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 15.09.2016".
