ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was called for enquiry at the instance of the third respondent herein who has given a complaint. Since there was no co-operation from the parties, the complaint has since been closed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for R1 and R2, on instructions, from V.Karnan, SSI, categorically stated that there is no proposal to revive the said complaint.
