PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying, to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 13.10.2016.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 13.10.2016.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police. During the enquiry, it is found that in respect of very same Cheque No.521456, a case is pending in S.T.C.No.903 of 2012 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pudukkottai against Durai, Raja and Royal Ravi. Therefore, the second respondent has closed the said complaint with an advise to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the concerned Court. A copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.
