ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners at the instigation of the respondents 3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 08.03.2021, within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that, on the complaint given by the defacto complainants, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 05.10.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
