ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from shifting the new bus stand, Pudukkottai Town, Pudukkottai District to any other place without creating basic amenities based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025. 2.The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents on 17.02.2025, in this regard. Since the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the 2/5

representation of the petitioner will be disposed of by the respondents in accordance with law within a time frame.

4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
