Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land and fix the four boundaries in S.F.No.782 for an extend of 0.20 cent property which is situated at Ganesapuram, Maruthur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2018 within the time framed by this Court.

ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 18.01.2018 seeking for surveying his land in S.F.No.782 measuring 0.20 cent situated at Ganesapuram, Maruthur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2 and hence, has filed the present writ petition. 3.According to the petitioner, the third respondent herein has been creating obstructions, thereby preventing the second respondent from surveying his property.
4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2018 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an exercise shall be made, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein and any other persons, who may be interested in the said property. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of his representation dated 18.01.2018 to the second respondent.
5.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
