ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed the sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 466, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., r/w 12(1)(b) of Passport Act, 1967 in Crime No.53 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side). 3.When the matter came up for hearing on 28.04.2015, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, this matter was directed to be posted on 29.04.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'.
