This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to file final report in Crime No. 413 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case and based on her complaint, the present FIR has been registered. Without conducting proper investigation the case is still pending. However, in the counter case filed against the petitioner final report was filed by the respondent police. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this is a case and case in counter and based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered an FIR in Crime No.413 of 2024 and based on the counter complaint, a case in Cr.No.414 of 2024 has been registered against the petitioner by the respondent police. The present case is under investigation. Hence, he seeks one month time to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file final report and the respondent police also assured to file final report within a period of one month, recording the aforesaid submission, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
