This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.11.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.11.2015, FIR has been registered in Crime No.39 of 2016, and after completing the investigation, final report was filed before Judicial Magistrate, Eranial stating that the case was closed as "Action Dropped" and produced a copy of the final report before court.

4.Recording the above statement, this petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
