ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.1 to 4, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.123 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same. 2.Heard both sides.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after completing the investigation, the F.I.R has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped' on 06.07.2014.
