ORDER

The petitioners have been implicated in Crime No.112 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323 IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(e) and 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act. The injured in this case has been discharged. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court and their bail application shall be considered on the same day of surrender.

2.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
