O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation on the complaint pending before the second respondent in Crime No.117 of 2014 and transfer it to the third respondent for further and speedy investigation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police referred the matter as "Mistake of Fact".

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the respondents are directed to serve the referred notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enabling the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law by filing a protest petition.
