O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 31.07.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has come forward with the prayer not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiring into the complaint alleged to have been given by the petitioner himself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor however on instructions submitted that no complaint has been received as

against the petitioner by the second respondent so far and that therefore, no enquiry was contemplated and pending. It is also stated that some criminal complaints are pending against the petitioner in other stations and that the petitioner has come forward with misleading statements.

5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
