ORDER
The petitioner is figuring as an accused in Crime No.31 of 2020 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC . 2.The defacto complainant Sekar has come to the Court campus today. But he could not come to the Court hall on account of the restrictions imposed in the wake of corona endemic. Thiru.G.Ramaiah, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Paramakudi, states that he had enquired the defacto complainant and he has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.
