The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of her appeal, challenging the order of punishment imposed by the disciplinary authority, namely, Principal District Judge, Thanjavur / second respondent, which is pending before the Registrar General of this Court / first respondent.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that a report has been received from the second respondent and the same is to be placed before the disciplinary committee and upon the decision of the disciplinary committee, the appeal will be disposed of by the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
