This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No.09 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent Police Station and quash the same in respect of the petitioner/Accused No.1.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the learned Special Court (SC/ST Cases), Theni which was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2021.

3. Since the final report has been filed, the matter has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned Court.
