Prayer in CRP.(MD)No.693 of 2021:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in I.A.No.191 of 2019 in C.P.No.118 of 2017 on 30/07/2019 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Madurai.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.John Vincent, Advocate for the Respondent, this court made the following order; This Court by order dated 25.02.2022 in CRP(MD)No.693 of 2021 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) to the respondent on or before 21.03.2022. Seeking modification, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is ready to comply with the condition given by this Court.
