ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai City for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Sections 3(1) (x) of SC/ST POA Act, in Spl.S.C.No. No.90 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is facing trial in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District Court (PCR Act Cases), Madurai. The petitioner has filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8857 of 2017 to quash the proceedings against the petitioner before this Court and this Court ordered dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5592 of 2017 dated 11.09.2017 but the same was not properly intimated by the petitioner's counsel before the Trial Court. Hence, the Trial Court was issued Non-bailable warrant against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking note of these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the III Additional District Court (PCR Act Cases), Madurai on 23.04.2018 and apply for recall of Non-bailable warrant. The learned Trial Judge shall recall the warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day. The petitioner shall appear on all further hearings in this case. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
