ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17698 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.1400 of 2023, dated 18.12.2023.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 18.12.2023, directed the petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi,on the first 1/3

working day of every English Calendar month.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioners had appeared and signed before the concerned Court, except three months ( January, June and December 2024).

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and for attending Hajj Yatra, they could not appear on the above dates.

5. Considering the reasons, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed vide order, dated 18.12.2023. The petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every alternative English calender month at 10.30 am, until further orders, starting from the month of March. sd/- 27/02/2025 (*)Corrected as per Order of this Hon'ble Court dt.02/04/2025 in Crl.MP(MD).
