O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.1198 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Court below.

4. Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The trial Court is also directed to complete the case in S.T.C.No.1198 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
