ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302 r/w 120 and 201 IPC in Crime No.382 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.382 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police. The case is arising under Section 302 IPC. The petitioner is already a life convict. The petitioner is also having few other serious cases.
4.Taking note of the past antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
