This civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to order substitute service to the respondent in the above civil revision petition by way of paper publication in any one of Tamil daily issue having circulation at Tiruchirappalli District.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to take substitute service by way of paper publication in 'Dinamani' Tamil Daily News Paper, having circulation at Tiruchirappalli District, where the respondent having his residence, within a period of one month.
